00:00 Not only are the prisoners being released, but drugs are also being smuggled.
00:04 That is the confession of the Bureau of Corrections, the security agency in Bilibid.
00:08 The most unusual dismissal of smugglers is the one that is being targeted by Cedric Castillo.

00:18 So you can say that Bilibid is still not drug-free?
00:23 I can say that it's true.
00:25 In front of the Senate, the Bureau of Corrections has not denied that drugs are still not being smuggled in Bilibid.
00:33 Even though it is said that the dismissals of smugglers are still valid.
00:38 The condoms, when they are released, they put shabu there.
00:45 Then they put it at the door of the women.
00:48 We cannot just lock up the women. We will be charged by the U.N.
00:53 Even the care of the prisoners in Bilibid is covered up.
00:59 The children or visitors have eggs to incubate there.
01:05 After so many months, they will be squeezed.
01:08 Then they will be raised. The prisoners will be taught to fly around.
01:13 When their visitors arrive, they will be given the condoms.
01:17 Then the prisoners will learn to return to their roots.
01:21 Despite this, the Bureau of Corrections listed the number of smugglers they have convicted and the arrests in Bilibid.
01:29 After Michael Cataroja was released from prison last July
01:33 through the possession of drugs under a garbage truck,
01:38 Cataroja said that security in Bilibid is loose.
01:41 The truck was knocked like this.
01:43 Yes.
01:44 Did you hear anything?
01:45 Yes.
01:46 You peeped under it.
01:47 Yes.
01:48 Did you see?
01:49 Yes. I peeped under it.
01:51 You saw it too?
01:52 Yes.
01:53 And based on unedited CCTV footage.
01:56 No one used their glasses.
01:58 The duty guards during that time.
02:02 They just peeped like that.
02:04 The Bureau of Corrections is now studying the possible use of administrative and criminal complaints
02:09 against these people who were involved in the incident.
02:12 The Bureau of Corrections said that there are holes in its security protocol.
02:16 And the prosecution said that Cataroja may be sentenced to more time in Bilibid.
