Dagupan City rice retailers receive subsidy

The first batch of rice retailers in Dagupan City receive their subsidies from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in coordination with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Agriculture (DA) at the Dagupan City Plaza on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023. Rice retailers from San Carlos City, Alaminos City and Mangatarem town will receive their cash aid on Thursday, September 14.
