00:20 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has urgently certified Senate Bill No. 2432, or the bill that will pass a heavy sentence on the act of agricultural economic sabotage.

00:39 The bill states that this act is in the middle of raising the price and shortage of agricultural products due to smuggling, hoarding, profiteering, and cartel.
