02:06 tributes to his late mother whom he described as the golden thread linking France and Britain
02:13 together and her efforts to support the Entente Cordiale which is coming up to its 120th anniversary

02:20 She was here in 2004 to celebrate the 100th anniversary and a look back to the involvement
02:26 of his father King George VI joining with General de Gaulle when General de Gaulle came
02:30 to England to set up the resistance movement during the Second World War.
02:34 So a lot of anecdotes about the collaboration between Britain and France over the centuries
02:41 and a lot of calls for that partnership to continue over the coming years and underlining
02:48 the fantastic potential that there lies in both countries to come together to exploit
02:55 what they both do in common for the common good of everybody in both Britain and in France.
