00:38 Excellent is the net personal optimism score of 41.
00:42 It is 3 points higher than the same survey conducted in March.

00:48 this is because of the increase in the points in Visayas and Balans, Luzon,
00:52 along with the steady score in Metro Manila and Mindanao.
