00:07 opposition rallies. Speaking in Antanarivo, Christine Razanamahasowa
00:12 said the situation in the country doesn't allow for a free and
00:16 credible election currently. Those elections are of course set to be
00:20 held on the 16th. Madagascar's laws rather do not provide for the
00:25 suspension of a vote and any such decision would require a government
