00:03 - First thing we need is to have the deaths classified
00:05 as homicides.
00:07 And then from there, we will establish the linkage
00:10 and who's responsible and why.
00:12 Case is closed by the police department.
00:14 It makes it almost impossible to try to get them
00:18 to take a second look at it.
00:20 Much less the medical examiner to change the classification
00:23 of the investigation from accident to undetermined
00:26 or undetermined to homicide.
00:28 Everybody keeps saying, well, let's work on these cases
00:30 and get them linked and everything.
00:32 No, let's get them separately investigated.
00:36 And when law enforcement starts to wrap up
00:39 these individual cases, then this system,
00:42 this organization will fall apart.
00:44 To say that, oh, nobody's talking,
00:48 so therefore it doesn't exist, that's baloney.
00:51 They're not putting any pressure on these people.
00:54 They're just writing them off as accidents.
00:56 If they'd start to investigate them
00:58 and start solving the individual cases,
01:01 this organization's gonna unravel.
01:03 And now to prove that, obviously there's a whole bunch
01:06 of steps that have to occur along the way
01:08 before we can do that.
01:09 One, we have to look at each case on an individual basis
01:11 to prove murder, find the physical evidence,
01:15 find what causes the linkage is that the individuals
01:19 are all drugged at the time.
01:21 A time in the water does not match the amount of time
01:23 that they were missing.
01:25 And that the bodies are recovered in locations
01:28 where they couldn't have gotten to the water.
01:30 When you put all the pieces together,
01:31 we're trying to prove homicide first,
01:33 and then we prove the linkage of who's responsible
01:36 and why they're doing this.
01:39 Until law enforcement starts treating these cases
01:42 as homicides and investigating them
01:45 and bringing people to justice, this is gonna continue.
01:50 These deaths are gonna continue.
01:52 And since I started looking at this in 2006,
01:55 the number of cells operating across the country
01:58 have increased, the number of homicides have increased,
02:02 and it's gonna continue.
02:03 It's gonna continue to spread like a virus.
