02:27 Christ founder Apollo Kiboloy is on its way to Davao City through the Senate Office of
02:31 the Sergeant-at-Arms.
02:32 Police in Davao say they have been waiting to coordinate with a Senate representative
02:36 since Wednesday, adding they have not received a copy of the arrest order.
02:40 Davao police say they are uncertain about Kiboloy's whereabouts but assure that upon
02:44 arrest, the preacher will be flown to Manila.
02:47 Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri approved the arrest order Tuesday.
02:51 Kiboloy has been charged with qualified human trafficking in Pasig and sexual abuse and
02:55 maltreatment of children in Davao.

03:58 Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte, who once punched a sheriff, advises
04:03 teachers to pause whenever their emotions get in the way of teaching.
04:06 Duterte makes the statement when asked about her reaction to a viral video of a teacher
04:11 berating her students live on TikTok.
04:13 She says her first reaction was, "The teacher is just a human, and we all reach a point
04:18 when we get angry, especially when frustrated."
04:20 She adds, "No penalties were imposed on the teacher, but she asked the regional director

04:26 The education department earlier said it issued a show-cause order to the erring teacher.
04:31 Duterte also says teachers are trained for psychosocial support and students who are
04:35 anxious and stressed about the incident will undergo debriefing sessions.
