00:27 The ordinance aims to make healthy living and avoid non-communicable disease to the public.
00:34 The implementing rules and regulations or IRR of the ordinance is being formed and it will be approved.
00:41 There is a one-year grace period before it will be implemented in Quezon City.
00:45 The Mayor clarified that the small businessmen, ambulance vendors and street vendors in the city
