00:26 So in fact, they took advantage, they encouraged us to keep, you know, aggressively
00:32 our rhetoric with China, to keep that up.
00:36 But at the same time, as the sanctions came in, all of our allies,
00:41 especially the United States, took all our markets.
00:44 So it was, you know, it was not the smartest thing
00:50 to rub the nose of our biggest trading partner.
