00:00 President Biden says former President Trump "snapped" and not in a good way.
00:04 The president was speaking at a private fundraiser Saturday outside Seattle, at the home of
00:08 former Microsoft executive John Shirley.
00:11 According to CNN, Biden said, "It's clear that when Trump lost in 2020, something snapped
00:16 in him.
00:17 He's not only obsessed with losing in 2020, he's clearly unhinged.
00:21 Just listen to what he's telling people."
00:23 Trump was campaigning that same day in New Jersey, where he said that the U.S. could
00:27 soon be overrun by insane asylum inmates.
00:43 Biden also told his supporters, "We feel good about the state of the race, but we know the
00:47 race is close."
00:48 But at the moment, real clear politics polling averages have Trump in the lead, including
00:53 in all major swing states.
