00:31The brother Roger and Christian had a bone fracture and was almost unable to stand from St. Ignatius in Tarlac when we first met them in June last year.
00:44Maricela and her children live alone in the same house.
00:49She earns P5,000 a month from her salary.
00:52It is not enough to treat her brother.
00:56That is why the GMA Kapuso Foundation immediately brought the brothers to Tarlac Provincial Hospital.
01:03And here, they were diagnosed with chronic malnutrition and tuberculosis.
01:10They stayed in the hospital for a month for treatment and nutritional build-up to strengthen their bodies.
01:19We visited Roger and Christian in their current home in Camarines Sur.
01:25They are now active and able to walk.
01:28Christian is now able to return to school.
01:32They have changed a lot.
01:34I am very happy now because my children are getting better.
01:41We also gave them groceries, vitamins, and school supplies.
01:45I am now able to do a lot of chores at home.
