01:35It is a dramatic improvement from the usual one-hour travel time via existing public roads from Cavite.

02:50The president also led the groundbreaking and capsule laying for the construction of Segment 3B of the Cavitex C5 Link Expressway.

03:34Meanwhile, President Marcos Jr. also led the groundbreaking ceremony of the Cavitex-Calex Link Segment 4 in Cavite, Cavite.
03:41It is 1.3 kilometers long and a two-lane expressway that starts at Tirona Highway where up to
03:4822,000 vehicles crisscross every day. The project cost 2.2 billion pesos and is expected to complete in August 2025.
