00:24Never, never quit.
00:26How did you break into the National Football League?
00:28Man, it's very competitive to try to get into that business.
00:30How did you break in and ultimately work, do we have to be able to own a team?

00:33Oh well, we were very successful in another business.

00:36And then sold it, the power industry.
00:38Sold it, and then my dad actually bought the Texans as a franchise expansion back in,

00:44What was the best advice that you ever got from a mentor?
00:46Conserve your cash.
00:47Now did you have to borrow money to start and grow businesses, or like?
00:50There was leverage involved.
00:51And then opportunities happen, you hopefully have some cash you can take advantage of them.

00:57I'm 63, but don't tell anyone.
