01:10Her name was mentioned in the documents that were found in the POGO compound.
01:15Business partners of Guo were also accused,
01:18including a fugitive in China,
01:20two members of the money laundering case in Singapore,
01:23and officers and incorporators of Bawful Land Development, Hongsheng Gaming, and Zunyuan Technology.
01:30Former Technology and Livelihood Resource Center Deputy Director General Dennis Cunanan was also involved.
01:36Based on the documents obtained from POGO in Bamban,
01:39Cunanan also has a connection to POGO in PORAC Pampanga.
01:43After piecing together the pieces of evidence,
01:46we concluded and we decided that he is part of the grand conspiracy to commit labor trafficking.
01:54The Justice Department is preparing the Immigration Law Bulletin Order
01:58against Guo, Cunanan, and 12 other respondents.
02:02The Mayor's camp said that he was ready to face a complaint.
02:06He said that there is not enough connection to the companies or individuals
02:10for him to be accused of human trafficking.

02:16When the Pampanga Provincial Government visited the POGO compound of Lucky South 99 in PORAC,
02:23the LGU of PORAC and PAG-GOR were surprised to learn
02:27who is in their jurisdiction of the so-called POGO Hub.
02:31Actually, my license is already checked on their website.
02:34But with regards to the area where I live,
02:38there is no communication with the PAG-GOR.
02:44The LGU can enter any establishment if there is illegal income.
02:49According to PAG-GOR, only one out of 46 households in the PORAC compound
02:54were given a POGO permit.
02:57This also started as a BPO who was just accepting questions about online casino games.
03:04Eventually, I was able to issue a POGO license to Lucky South
03:09where they are supposed to be registered.
03:12So I was able to issue it in 2020,
03:15valid from 2020 until October 27, 2023.
03:21Lucky South 99 also went unregistered in the SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
03:27And of the 800 employees here registered for immigration,
03:32this is not the only one registered in Dolly Region 3
03:35with more than 100, and in the record of PAG-GOR, only 7 employees.
03:40Lucky South 99 did not laugh at the hearing,
03:43but faced one of its listed incorporators.
03:47She was also the president of Whirlwind Company,
03:50which owns the land owned by POGO.
03:53She used her name and was removed in 2019,
03:58but was still included in the corporation's papers.
