00:37In a press conference, Teen Hope Portuguese representative Jude Acide and BPSF National Secretariat Lead Ponyong Gabunata took pride in reporting that the government will deliver overflowing aid and services through BPSF in eastern Visayas tomorrow.
00:52Tomorrow, the BPSF celebrates its first anniversary this month.
00:56House Speaker Martin Lumaldes will lead the activity.
01:22This is the first time we attempted to have this kind of model, and if this would be successful, we will replicate it to the succeeding Bagong Pilipinas Service Fair, so that the Bagong Pilipinas Service Fair will be more extensive, bigger, and more inclusive.
01:44In total, more than 1 billion pesos worth of aid, services, and programs, and around 2.2 million kilograms of rice will be given out to 253,000 expected beneficiaries.
01:56Some of the services to be delivered to the region include the Kadiwa ng Pangulo, Mobile Veterinary Clinic, and the turnover of various aid and assistance to farmers.
02:06For its part, the LTFRB will also launch its fuel subsidy and service contracting programs.
02:12While for the TESDA, they will also be having scholarship allowance distribution, scholarship listing, and also offer free massage, haircut, pedicure, and manicure.
02:22This is not just a number, this is not just a data. We can see the impact of these programs, and we are becoming more balanced and responsive to the expansion of the country's budget.
02:34This is a huge thing for congressmen. We can see how our lives are changing, how our needs are being met, and especially on a macro level, we're basically pumping economies.
02:48But wait, there's more. Did you know the government is also preparing to establish Bagong Pilipinas Servisyo Centers so that even more in the public domain can benefit from the one-stop-shop caravan of the government?
03:00First, we will put major frontline services so that you don't have to move to another town to go to another town. It's like a mall of services.
03:12This was thought of by Speaker Martin Romualdez, and this year, the Bagong Pilipinas Servisyo Center will be established here in Leyte.
03:23And it will be similar to other provinces where the Bagong Pilipinas Servisyo Fair took place.
