00:06Philippine Charity Substance Office or PCSO General Manager Mel Robles announced that the agency will pay for this part.

00:14The patient or their family member will have to submit the necessary documents.

00:26The guidelines are being finalized for now.

00:28The target is to be implemented starting October 30.
