00:00The Democratic National Convention kicked off earlier this week, and as it comes to a close,
00:04the party pulled out all the stops with its star-studded appearances. Those included some
00:09that were expected, like former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle, but also some
00:14surprises, including Oprah Winfrey. And let us choose Joy! The media personality's unexpected
00:23showing reveals what Americans likely didn't expect in the 11th hour of this campaign,
00:28that is, a breath of fresh air in the form of Kamala Harris. Biden's sinking polling numbers
00:33leading up to his dropout last month had many concerned. Now sentiments seem to have changed.
00:38That's the best of America! But more than anything else, let us choose freedom. Why?
00:46Because that's the best of America! We're all Americans, and together, let's all choose
00:54Kamala Harris! However, Oprah wasn't the only celebrity to take the stage on Wednesday.
01:03Famed singer Stevie Wonder also made an appearance. This is the moment to remember
01:09when you tell your children where you were and what you did. As we stand between
01:16history's pain and tomorrow's promises, we must choose courage over complacency.
01:26The Democratic National Convention is set to come to a close today.
