00:00Two drivers in Mandaluyong City went home after being shot by gunfire.
00:04One of the drivers and one of his customers were also on the side of the road.
00:08They were both injured.
00:10Here is my exclusive coverage.
00:16It's like there's a race in the speed of the two cars that were first caught by CCTV in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong.
00:24On F. Martinez Street, the first car made a U-turn.
00:29And the car in the back also made a U-turn.
00:32The driver's seat and the driver's hands were lowered.
00:37It was then that he shot the car that he was trying to stop.
00:42After that, his car crashed into Paso Boulevard and Kalentong.
00:46According to the Mandaluyong Police, this is a road rage incident.
00:50They were just arguing and then they started fighting.
00:53Because their cars were both set up.
00:59So they were fighting in driving.
01:02Because the road was wide, they were the first ones to go ahead.
01:06It was like they were chasing each other.
01:07The driver of the car that was shot was not hit by a bullet, according to the police.
01:11But the woman driver of the taxi that was on the side of the road was hit by a bullet in the back.
01:16The delivery driver of the taxi that was on the side of the road was also hit by a bullet in the leg.
01:21They are now in a good situation.
01:24Through CCTV footage, the Mandaluyong Police backtracked
01:29to the places where the suspect's car passed before the crime.
01:33It passed through Makati and Manila.
01:36And it crashed into Intramuros where the suspect was also located.
01:40But the suspect fell ill and was arrested.
01:43He prepared the car and chased it until it was cornered.
01:48It stopped but it resisted.
01:52The suspect was shot in the arm so he's still in the hospital.
01:56We are continuing to try to get his statement.
01:59He was recovered in his car.
02:01He was shot with a .45 caliber gun and a few doses of party drugs.
02:06He filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
02:08Our investigator filed three counts of prostituted homicide,
02:12direct assault, illegal possession of firearms,
02:16violation of dangerous drug law,
02:20and to include resistance to agent of authorities.
