00:09According to the Supreme Court, the province of Sulu did not vote in favor of the Bangsamoro Organic Law,
00:15so they will not be included in the first BARMM election in 2025.
00:21At the same time, the court also declared that the Bangsamoro Organic Law is in accordance with the Constitution
