00:00The Land Transportation Office of the owner of the illegal SUV that u-turned in Edsa Aurora Underpass in Quezon City has issued a shock loss order.

00:08The owner of the SUV was found in front of the LTO Central Office on Monday, October 14.

00:14The driver of the SUV was also found in the submarine and they were given an explanation as to why they should not be punished if there was an incident.

00:22The MMDA filed a complaint with the LTO that they want the driver of the suspended vehicle to be pardoned or the license to be returned.
