00:08paid them a visit bearing Christmas cheer and coveted gifts.

00:21A total of 2,487 Agrarian Reform beneficiaries from Pampanga received
00:26Certificates of Land Ownership Awards or CLOA and Certificates of Condonation with
00:30Release of Mortgage or Cochrome led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:342,939 cochromes were distributed, erasing the debts of farmer beneficiaries.
00:40Over 3,900 hectares of land are covered by the distributed certificates,
00:45equivalent to more than P206 million pesos in condoned amortizations,
00:49while 30 land titles were also awarded to select farmers.
00:56This is also a step toward addressing the challenges faced by farmers,
01:20who were among the most affected by the recent storms and typhoons,
01:23and recognizing their main role in ensuring the country's food security.
01:40The President assured the government will continue efforts to strengthen the agriculture industry
01:44through public-private sector partnerships.
01:47One key strategy is enhancing seed production to reduce reliance on imports
01:51by establishing seedling nurseries in various locations.
