00:20And how he is afraid. He is so afraid that he is already using new missiles.
00:26And he is looking around the world for more weapons.
00:30Either in Iran or in North Korea.
00:32Today there was a new Russian missile.
00:34All characteristics, speed, height, intercontinental, ballistic.
00:40Expertise is now ongoing.
00:43It is obvious that Putin uses Ukraine as a training ground.
00:46It is obvious that Putin is afraid when there is just a normal life around him.
00:52When people just have dignity.
00:55When the country just wants to be and has the right to be independent.
01:00Putin does everything to prevent his neighbor from getting out of his hands.
01:07And I thank all Ukrainians who protect Ukraine from this evil.
01:12Steadfast, brave, strong, dignified.
01:15This is one of the main words about Ukraine.
01:17Dignity.
01:18And this is a word that probably will never be said about Russia.
01:22Today I will sign a decree which will decide about the dignity,
01:27about respect for real heroes.
01:30Heroes of Ukraine.
01:32To all our worthy people.
01:34And about an honest attitude to those who chose the other side.
01:39Chose Russia.
01:40And meanness.
01:41In the first list of such people there are 34 surnames.
