00:18Based on the initial information that we received from the Bureau of Fire Protection, National Capital Region,
00:23the fire started at 6.26 a.m. and a few minutes after that, the first alarm was raised.
00:30These commercial establishments can only be found in the first floor of the old building here in Edsa.
00:37There's a thick smoke coming from these establishments.
00:41That's why some of the firemen that we saw responded, they need to use breathing apparatus.
