00:00Filipina weightlifter Elrin Ando concluded her performance in 6th place at the IWF World Championships in Manama, Bahrain.

00:11Ando set two new national records for the Philippines in the women's 64kg category.

00:17The two-time Olympian lifted 129kg in the clean and jerk, surpassing her previous record of 126kg.

00:27The 26-year-old athlete broke her own record at the 31st Southeast Asian Games with a total lift of 223kg.

00:36At the World Championship event, Elrin achieved a new mark with a total lift of 229kg.

00:43Ando had the honor of carrying the Philippine flag at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where she also finished in 6th place in the women's 59kg event.
