Army Vet Linked To Vegas Cybertruck Blast Cited U.S. Leadership Grievances, PTSD, Called Act A 'Wake Up Call' For Americans

Police identified decorated Army veteran Matthew Alan Livelsberger as the suspect behind the New Year’s Day Tesla Cybertruck explosion outside Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, linking his actions to grievances with U.S. leadership and PTSD. Livelsberger left journal-like writings on his phone detailing grievances with U.S. leadership, societal issues, and personal struggles, including post-traumatic stress disorder. Livelsberger described the act as a "wake-up call" rather than terrorism. A former girlfriend described Livelsberger as a proud soldier who secretly battled chronic pain.
