01:40We are establishing the External Revenue Service to collect all tariffs, duties, and revenues
01:50that will be massive amounts of money pouring into our treasury coming from foreign sources.
01:58My administration will establish the brand new Department of Government Efficiency.

02:18This week, I will also end the government policy of trying to socially engineer race
