00:26process. So they're paying merely lip service to a two-state solution. You can't say that you agree
00:33with a two-state solution, but you only choose to recognise one state. You choose to recognise
00:39one side of the equation and leave blank the other side of the equation and wonder why you
00:43can't get a solution. And yes, the United Kingdom government should follow Ireland, Norway, Spain.
00:49The Scottish government doesn't have the powers to legally recognise a state. We've made it clear,
00:54of course, if we did have those powers, if we were an independent nation or we were granted
00:58those powers through the current constitutional set-up, then we would recognise a Palestinian
01:04state immediately because it's the correct, the right and the moral thing to do.
