00:42and that Mumbai police hastily dismissed the case
00:44as an accident or suicide
00:46without considering crucial forensic evidence.
00:48However, the Shiv Sena has questioned
00:50the timing of the petition.
00:52Party leader Kishori Pednekar called it a conspiracy,
00:54asking why the case is being revived after four years
00:57despite previous investigations by the CID and SID.
