00:00The third evolving challenge in the military domain is to prepare for the entire spectrum of conflict ranging from sub-conventional to nuclear.
00:12And this is for across the entire domain, entire front and all domains.
00:18My understanding is that nuclear weapons are tools of veterans and not war-fighting.
00:25Hopefully India has also said that it will not be treated by nuclear weapons.
00:31So I thought that I will clarify a bit on this and give you my take on this.
00:36I think operations in Lune is the only example of a conflict between two nuclear weapons states.
00:41There have been hundreds of conflicts ever since nuclear weapons have been invented.
00:46But only one of the graduates could have been a nuclear weapons state that other were known in Lune.
00:50Operations in Lune in that manner is slightly great in itself.
00:55And it will hold essence not only for the sub-coordinate but for the entire world.
