00:02but I think is as a coaching staff and leadership group
00:07everyone sort of let us on Monday have a bit of a quiet day
00:10just to because it does take a little bit to get over a tough loss like that
00:13and for us it was just about going back to our preparation
00:18and on Tuesday I was really proud of the group about what sort of session we had
00:21we went there everyone was a bit quiet once we went across that white line
00:24the energy was back boys sort of quickly put it in the back burner
00:27We just want to focus on getting the preparation right as the weeks gone on
00:31we've really tried to build it internally because it's still such a massive match
