00:00Tally, time to wake up.
00:04Tally, time to wake up.
00:07Good morning.
00:11All my life...
00:13I wanted to be pretty.
00:20I thought it would change everything.
00:25I hope that's still true.
00:26For those of you turning 16 today, you've waited your entire lives for this moment.
00:38All the flaws you have today will be gone tomorrow.
00:42With one elegant procedure, you'll be beautiful.
00:47Because everyone is accepted. No one is left behind.
00:52Will you promise me something?
00:53No matter how pretty they make you, just don't let them erase you.
00:56Promise.
00:59You get the surgery?
01:02They tell you what to do, and that's it.
01:06Paris?
01:07What are you doing here?
01:08I was worried.
01:09Things are just different here.
01:11You'll get it when you're pretty.
01:14There's something about this place.
01:16It's not what it seems.
01:18What if I told you that there's an alternative?
01:21I know this place.
01:27Welcome to the smoke.
01:30They have a different way of doing things.
01:34And we will do whatever it takes to protect that.
01:36If you want to learn how to fly, you've got to learn how to fall.
01:47These people want to end us!
01:52The smoke has decided their way of living is more worthy than ours.
01:57I was told these lies my whole life.
02:03It's time for you to make a choice.
02:05All my life, I wanted to be pretty.
02:18I thought it would change everything.
02:20It is my life that you have here.
02:35And it's time for you to get up.
02:42That's why you were here.
02:49With me talking to this place tomorrow,
02:51I guess that's why I wake up yesterday and I had a good life.
02:57You and I, I think,
02:58we're just gonna be one of my Data questions here.
03:01We're just gonna work for ourselves.
