00:00The time for hesitations and half-measures, my friends, is over.
00:04Was there peace when 40 CRPF जवान्स were martyred in Pulwama?
00:08Was there peace when our brave soldiers were ambushed in Uri?
00:11If someone will ask us our religion, then we will tell the truth.
00:15With this undying spirit of patriotism, I rise today not just as a representative,
00:20but as the voice of a billion Indians.
00:23A nation whose heart bleeds for its martyrs, whose soul demands justice,
00:27and whose resolve remains unshaken.
00:30Greetings to one and all present here.
00:32I am Solakshi Bhattacharya from the state of Bengal,
00:34but today I stand here most importantly as an Indian.
00:38And as an Indian, my friends, I would like to ask for a firm and uncompromising stance
00:47against cross-border terrorism.
00:48The time for hesitations and half-measures, my friends, is over.
00:53Now some in the opposition may argue that such a move may destabilize peace,
00:57but to them I would like to ask,
00:59was there peace when 40 CRPF jawans were martyred in Pulwama?
01:03Was there peace when our brave soldiers were ambushed in Uri?
01:06Was there peace when our airbase was attacked in Pathankot?
01:10Silence, my friends, is not diplomacy.
01:13And appeasement is not strategy.
01:16When terror is exported across the border as state policy,
01:20the only response must be strength.
01:23Under this very government,
01:25our border security forces are stronger, sharper,
01:29and more technologically equipped than ever before.
01:32Today, drone surveillance, AI-backed fencing,
01:35night vision monitoring, and satellite tracking
01:37have significantly reduced infiltration.
01:40The surgical strikes posed to the,
01:42the Balakot airstrikes,
01:43and even, my friends,
01:45the most recent Operation Sindur
01:47sent a message that India will not tolerate terrorism,
01:51not even for one night.
01:53Looking forward,
01:54this government is laying a comprehensive blueprint
01:57to eliminate terrorism from its very roots.
02:00We have empowered agencies like the NIA
02:02and the Multi-Agency Centre for Real-Time Intelligence Sharing.
02:06We are tackling money laundering
02:08and terror financing head-on.
02:11Hawala networks have been exposed,
02:12Wainami assets seized,
02:14and sleeper cells dismantle
02:16through coordinated efforts
02:17of the ED, NIA, and the state forces.
02:20Now, my friends,
02:21let us not forget
02:22that every single government of India
02:25has been facing
02:26the dark shadow of terrorism since independence.
02:29But the difference today
02:30lies in the clarity of intent
02:33to move from response to retaliation,
02:36from defence to deterrence.
02:38But again,
02:38I must remind you
02:39that this fight
02:40isn't just the governments.
02:42It is of India's.
02:44We need internal unity,
02:45we need collective political will,
02:47and we need to rise above the partition lines
02:50and stand with our armed forces and institutions
02:52without ambiguity as one nation.
02:56So I ask this house,
02:57will we let the pain of our martyrs go in vain?
03:00Will we keep waiting
03:01for another attack to wake up?
03:03Or will we act now boldly
03:05and decisively as one nation?
03:08India, my friends,
03:09has wept enough.
03:11India has condemned enough.
03:13And now is the time to wake up.
03:15Now is the time to act boldly
03:17and decisively
03:18and to honour our 1994 resolution
03:21and end cross-border terrorism.
03:25We must let the world know
03:26that India will fight,
03:29India will rise,
03:30and India will prevail.
03:32because at the end of the day,
03:33my friends,
03:34Bharat,
03:35sirf ek bhoomi ka tukra nahi,
03:37ek jiti-jaakti raashtra ki atma hai,
03:39और अगर कोई हमारा धर्म पूचके मारेगा,
03:42तो हम धर्म बता कर मारेंगे.
03:45Thank you so much.
03:45जे हिंद,
03:46जे भारण.
