08:36Lebanon in May 2008, the government of Qatar has been the Felsiq which has been therane of the Felsiq, which has also done the fauna of Mewa.
08:42That is what we have been doing in 2009.
08:44And the government of Qatar has been Mushtam made for half years dalam order of India.
08:53But in order to produce this struggle, in which the actions of the Felsiq, the Felsiq which has been the Felsiq which had been working on.
08:58Iraq, in 2004, there were two France-Sahawks, which had a good idea for Qatar, and then there were a good idea for Qatar.
09:06Ukraine, in 16 October, in 2023, Qatar has four children and four children.
09:12And the rest of the children of Qatar have a good idea for Qatar.
09:14Israel and Hamaaz, Qatar has a good idea for Qatar.
09:17In 2011, we saw that Qatar has a good idea for Qatar,
09:21This has been a long time for 2020, when you have been in the US, you have been in the US, you have been in the US, and you have been in the US, and you have been in the US.
09:51in the context of what is happening in the Middle East.
10:08The situation has developed in Gaza and the international community's expectations and pressure has been built.
10:23The main reason is that there is a consensus in the whole world.
10:29In the Middle East, if we want to work in the Middle East,
10:35we need to solve the problems of Palestine.
10:39This is the case of it.
10:42It was a very timely conference in July.
10:47The Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan
10:55and the New York Declaration of Pakistan
11:00The Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Prime Minister of Pakistan
11:07This is basically a message to the international community
11:11that we want to move on to Amin.
11:15So, my opinion is that this is an important message.
11:20Especially when Israel's implementation in Gaza,
11:25we hope that all sides will take it up and move in the direction of peace and stability.
11:40Asan Saab, General Sembiki, you have talked about the Salamity Council.
11:44We saw that in the United States,
11:45there is also a statement from the United States.
11:47And there is also a statement from the United States.
11:49But this is also important.
11:51The statement from the Security Council was issued.
11:53And that was also an important statement from the Security Council.
11:58And that was also an important statement that you can say in this sense
12:03that a long time after the Security Council came from a statement
12:07that there is a condemnation of the Israel's actions in Qatar.
12:13And in that sense, there are also other things that they support the mediation,
12:19the hostage release, the war in Gaza, the war in Gaza.
12:24And all these things are included in that sense.
12:26So, in that sense, this is a different position in the United States.
12:33Because in the last few months, they have supported Israel in the Security Council
12:43and they have not given any statement.
12:46So, this was because there was a lot of pressure built.
12:50And it was so obvious that it was so much in the defiance of international law
12:59that Israel's recent actions, that this statement was adopted in the Security Council,
13:06which was significant.
13:08Although, as we have said, that this statement is rather strong.
13:13You can see that the name of Israel is not taken.
13:16Yes.
13:17Now, this is the process of the process.
13:20Do we understand the chapter of this?
13:22Or do we move it from Qatar?
13:24Do you perceive it?
13:27Do we know that?
13:28Do we hear it from Qatar?
13:29Yes.
13:30I mean, I think that there are a few things that are happening.
13:33It is a issue here.
13:35That it has dealt a serious blow to this mediation effort and the negotiations that were underway.
13:41And the important thing that we are producing is that the most of the negotiations that are
13:46there were all about the parties that the United States were doing there were therefore
13:51as part of the parties that the country were doing there, which they were doing there
13:54So, to sabotage the whole process, it has not been approved by anyone.
14:18America's statement has said that it serves neither the interests of Israel nor the Americans.
14:48So, I don't take it as a Pakistan-Israel issue. Basically, you look at the positions of Pakistan,
15:03our national positions on global issues and those positions we take to a multilateral forum.
15:10We are in the UN Security Council, we are in the General Assembly.
15:15You look at our statements for years. So, basically, our positions are based on principles.
15:23Our positions are in line with the UN resolutions. Our positions are in total accordance with the international legitimacy.
15:32So, as you can see that there is a deviation in the process.
15:37And the parties and their positions are diverting.
15:43And there are discussions in the Security Council.
15:46We are trying to focus and address the actual decisions on the other issues.
15:55So, then there is a basically divergence of views. And then we have to express those views.
16:01So, I think it's because of that. Because as you can see that there are discussions in the Security Council.
16:08So, for example, we are talking about Gaza. We are talking about Palestine. We are talking about Lebanon and Syria.
16:18And the Israeli representatives are trying to take other things.
16:23They are trying to divert attention.
16:26The main agenda is not talking about it. The occupation is not talking about it.
16:31So, I think it is time and even other members of the Security Council and general wider membership.
16:46There is this growing sense that this needs to be called out.
16:51Basically, these are positions that we take which we believe very strongly in.
16:58Because these are positions which are derived from the resolutions of the Security Council.
17:05And we feel that we can state them boldly. We can take a stand on them.
17:14And we can say what needs to be said in these words.
17:20This is what we are saying.
17:30I think there is a gradual change that has happened over the two years.
17:57Now, when the 7th of October is mentioned, the first thing is that they mention one date of the people who are in Israel and they forget that this is the 7th of the deal and this is the issue of occupation and that they need to vacate the occupation.
18:19So, if you don't address it holistically then you cannot come to a resolution of this situation.
18:29Now, the other thing is that gradually the people who are living in Israel in the last two years, they have also seen that these policies are not really willing to adhere to international law or what the international community is expecting them to do.
18:53So, gradually they have moved away.
18:59There is a huge issue of people who have been elected to the New York Declaration and have been elected to the New York Declaration.
19:05There are a lot of people who have been elected to the people who have been elected to the States, who have been elected to the U.S.
19:10So this is a significant shift that shows that they have realized that what Israel is doing
19:31they can no longer support.
19:33It's not just an issue of developing countries like OIC or Arab issues, it's not that.
19:40It's a wider international issue.
19:43At the same time you have the Security Council
19:46where Israel has a shield to provide.
19:54So this situation is absolutely right.
20:00And there will be a change there.
20:06And there are signs that the pressure is building.
20:10So there should be some movement.
20:13So basically Security Council must ensure that there is a ceasefire in Gaza.
20:22If you have a ceasefire, then you will be there.
20:24That's right.
20:25Don't you have a ceasefire.
20:26There are no clink of that.
20:30Thank you very much.
