00:00President Trump, the Knesset welcomes you and your distinguished delegation to Jerusalem, our eternal capital.
00:09This is your first visit to Israel since you recognize Jerusalem as our capital and move the embassy here.
00:17Thank you, President Trump, for that.
00:30There are many other reasons to thank you since your last visit here.
00:41Thank you for recognizing Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
00:45Thank you for standing up to the lies against Israel and the United Nations.
01:05Thank you for recognizing, in your 2020 peace plan, our rights in Judea and Samaria, the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people.
01:24Thank you for brokering the historic Abraham Accords.
01:37Abraham, Abraham, Eskemi Abraham.
01:47Thank you for withdrawing from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal.
01:54Thank you for supporting Operation Rising Line and for your bold decision to launch Operation Midnight Hammer.
02:09Boy, is that – you've got to hear this.
02:11This is the most fitting name ever named for a military operation, because a little after midnight, you really hammered them.
02:28My friends, this is only a partial list, but it's enough to affirm what I've said time and again.
02:41Donald Trump is the greatest friend that the state of Israel has ever had in the White House.
02:48No American president has ever done more for his heart.
03:14No American president has ever done more for Israel, and as I said in Washington, it ain't
03:21even close.
03:22It's really not a match.
03:26Mr. President, today we welcome you here to thank you for your pivotal leadership in
03:33putting forward a proposal that got the backing of almost the entire world, a proposal that
03:41brings all our hostages home, a proposal that ends the war by achieving all our objectives,
03:57a proposal that opens the door to an historic expansion of peace in our region and beyond
04:03our region.
04:04Mr. President, you are committed to this peace, I am committed to this peace, and together
04:11Mr. President, we will achieve this peace.
04:19We've done it before.
04:21We've done it before in the Abraham Accords, and we'll do it again.
04:27Mr. President, today the Jewish calendar marks the end of two years of war.
04:35That war began on October 7th, on the Jewish festival of Simchat Torah.
04:41You always tell me, and you tell the world, remember October 7th.
04:49Mr. President, we remember.
04:53We remember the thousands of Hamas terrorists who stormed into our towns in Kibbutzim.
04:59We remember the 1,200 people Hamas savagely slaughtered in cold blood, including dozens
05:06and dozens of Americans.
05:09We remember entire families burnt alive as they embraced each other.
05:17We remember the beautiful young Israelis brutally gunned down at the Nova music festival.
05:25We remember the hundreds of our citizens who were dragged into the dungeons of Gaza, including
05:3112 Americans, men and women, young and old, babies and elderly Holocaust survivors.
05:42My friends, Mr. President, Donald, these monsters take babies as hostages.
05:52In response to this barbaric attack on October 7th, Israel did what it had to do.
05:59With indomitable courage, we set out to defend our people, to defeat our enemies and to release
06:07our hostages.
06:09Our heroic soldiers fought like lions.
06:13They fought on the front lines of civilization and barbarism.
06:18Israel achieved amazing victories over Hamas and the entire Iran terror axis.
06:24Sinwar, Def, Haniyeh, Nasrallah, Assad, they're all gone.
06:33Iran's nuclear weapons and ballistic missile program, with your enormous help, Mr. President,
06:40rolled back.
06:41Half the Houthi leadership wiped out.
06:46But the price of this victory, the price of these victories, has been heavy.
06:53Nearly 2,000 of Israel's finest were lost, nearly half in battle.
06:59They left behind parents, spouses, siblings, and children.
07:06Their love and laughter, their promise and potential, were lost forever.
07:12To the families of our fallen fighters, many of them are here, I say, I know the depth of
07:19your pain.
07:20I know the inconsolable grief that will accompany you for the rest of your lives.
07:26The State of Israel bows its head in eternal gratitude to our fallen heroes.
07:55Because of these heroes, our nation will survive.
07:59Because of these heroes, our nation will thrive.
08:04And because of these heroes, our nation will have peace.
08:11Mr. President, thousands of our brave soldiers were also wounded, suffering terrible blows
08:19to body and soul.
08:22And brave soldiers like Ari Speetz.
08:26Ari is an American.
08:32Ari is an American-Israeli who was injured.
08:40And a sencone of the ex-negotiable.
08:41When the president fought for the actions of the Americans, the men who took over the
08:4380s, the men who took over the 90s and were lost forever.
08:43And our nation were hit by the thousands of enemies were injured.
08:44The President, we took over the 80s, the men who took over the Sunday.
08:45They all recognized their families.
08:45The President, we took over the 80s and were killed.
08:46¡Gracias!
09:16Two of Ari's comrades were killed in this action, and ten were injured.
09:21Ari was presumed dead, but made a miraculous recovery, despite losing three limbs.
09:31Ari, stand up for a minute alone. Stand up. There you go. There.
09:37Ari, you are the spirit of Joshua.
09:45You are the spirit of David. You are the spirit of the Maccabees.
09:49You are the spirit of Israel.
09:52I salute you. We all salute you.
