00:00I can't, I can't, there's no, there's no.
00:23Turkey, Qatar, Egypt.
01:00Thank you very much everybody, this is a tremendous day for the world, it's a tremendous day for
01:24the Middle East, and you can see that this is probably the greatest assemblage of countries
01:30in terms of wealth and power, maybe ever assembled, and it's just an honor to be a part of it.
01:36We're going to be signing a document that's going to spell out a lot of rules and regulations
01:43and lots of other things, and it's very comprehensive.
01:47But we've already signed documents in the Middle East and having to do with Israel and Hamas
01:53and just about everything else, and it's really working out incredibly well.
01:59The hostages, as you know, were let go on time, on schedule.
02:03The very sad situation of bodies, which was always a sad situation, and they're being sought
02:10out and they're working with many different people, finding some were brought in and some
02:16were not.
02:17And they're working out to find out where those bodies are.
02:22It's hard to believe they'd even have to say something like that.
02:24It's so sad.
02:25It's so sad.
02:26But what's not sad is that we have finally, after, I guess they say 3,000 years, I've
02:31heard from 3,000 years to 500 years, but whatever it is, it's a lot.
02:37But this was the one, this was the granddaddy of them all, and frankly, I thought this was
02:42probably going to be the toughest, and maybe in many ways it was, but we had a lot of good
02:46talent.
02:47Steve Whitcoff, Jared, and Marco, and Pete, and General Kane, who's so great.
02:54John Ratcliffe was incredible.
02:58We had an amazing array of talent, and we were helped by, in particular, the countries
03:03represented at this table.
03:07I will say to me, we were fantastic, and your country is unbelievable, and I don't believe
03:13they give you a fair shake.
03:14They talk about you as though you're not a nice person and you happen to be a nice person.
03:20You happen to live in a little tough neighborhood.
03:22You're surrounded by everybody.
03:23And without you, this wouldn't have happened.
03:26And I just want to thank you very much.
03:28That's Katar.
03:32He's a great leader, and I think he's an amazing, he's an amazing leader.
03:37And another man who's been a friend of mine for a long time, I don't know what it is.
03:42I like the tough people better than I like the soft, easy ones.
03:45I don't know what the hell that is.
03:46It's a personality problem, I suspect.
03:50But this gentleman from a place called Turkey has one of the most powerful armies actually
03:57in the world.
03:58It's much more powerful than he even lets known.
04:02If you look at some of the recent conflicts, he was at the top of them, and he was winning
04:06them, and he did win them.
04:08And he doesn't want any credits.
04:09He doesn't want anything.
04:10He just wants to be left alone.
04:11He's a tough cookie, but he's been my friend.
04:14And every time I've ever needed him, he's been there for me.
04:17So I just want to thank President Erdogan Turkey.
04:24You may have a problem with him, because he is difficult.
04:27They called me, they said, would you do me a favor, could you speak to Erdogan?
04:31And I do, and he never fails us.
04:33Right, General?
04:33He never fails.
04:34He's amazing.
04:36So I just want to thank you for the friendship.
04:38It's great.
04:38Thank you very much.
04:40And then, of course, we have the host tonight, and I just want to thank you very much.
04:46It was a reason we chose Egypt, because you were very helpful, and very, very helpful.
04:51Everybody wanted to have this, but we really thought it was appropriate, and you are a great
04:56leader.
04:57You have heard of a crime.
04:58We have problems that other countries don't have, and of course, nothing's perfect, but
05:04the job you do is amazing, and I want to thank you.
05:06Another one, he's been my friend right from the beginning, during the campaign against
05:11crooked Hillary Clinton.
05:13Have you heard of him?
05:14We were both downstairs waiting to go up to meet this gentleman who has a place called
05:21Egypt, the oldest civilization.
05:24They say 6,000 years.
05:25China is 5,000 years, but you're out.
05:28You're actually number one.
05:296,000 years.
05:30Can you believe it?
05:31But the ovans, they say civilization, but so I went up to meet him first, and we liked
05:37each other so much that she waited for about an hour and a half, and I think your meeting
05:42lasted about two minutes with her, so I always remembered that, but that was our first meeting.
05:46We had great chemistry together, and he's a fantastic man and a fantastic general, by the
05:52way, but he's a great, great president, and I want to thank Egypt and all of your representatives
05:57for treating us all so well.
06:00Thank you very much.
06:04So we're really excited.
06:05We're really representative of a whole group of nations, and they're sitting behind us,
06:10and you know, most of them, I can tell you, this guy's had so much money.
06:14They all have so much money.
06:15There's more money and power sitting behind us.
06:18I love that they're behind us.
06:21They've never been sitting behind anybody before.
06:24This is a very unique position for them, but they are seriously, they're among the most
06:30powerful countries in the world, the richest countries in the world, and there's never
06:36been really an assemblage like what we have today.
06:38I don't think to, I don't, I've never seen it anywhere, and I want to thank everybody
06:43for being with us.
06:45I just saw the war for him, Azerbaijan.
06:49Azerbaijan.
06:50Azerbaijan.
06:51Azerbaijan.
06:51Azerbaijan.
06:51Azerbaijan.
06:51Azerbaijan.
06:52Azerbaijan.
06:53Azerbaijan.
06:54Azerbaijan.
06:55Azerbaijan.
06:56You guys are still getting along, right?
06:58We fought for 32 years, and in about one hour we settled, right?
07:02And they like each other now.
07:04I feel it's good.
07:05That's right.
07:05Well, I want to thank everybody for being here.
07:09Tina Lee, she's a very strong ruler.
07:12She's really rigged up.
07:14We're going to make that thank you very much to so many.
07:17But we're actually going to be making a speech after this, so this is just a very important
07:22signing.
07:23But we're doing a signing, then we're doing a speech, and then I may stay behind with the
07:27leaders just to talk about that some things were ...
07:30I want to thank the media for very ...
07:34You've been so respectful on this deal.
07:36You know the importance of the deal, and I really ...
07:39It was so pleasant to watch.
07:41I was on the plane for quite a while listening to the various newscasts, and they were all
07:46fair.
07:47They were talking about how incredible this is.
07:49This is an incredible day for the world, let alone the Middle East.
07:52So I just wanted to thank the media.
07:53They really treated it with respect.
07:56I wish you could be like that on other things, but that's perhaps too much to ask for.
08:01But on this tremendous ... Everybody feels the same.
08:04Just tremendous respect, and we appreciate it very much.
08:07Thank you very much.
08:08Can we get the documents, please?
08:12Thank you very much.
08:14It's important.

11:45so helpful but the people behind me are the greatest leaders most powerful leaders the richest
11:51leaders frankly sometimes it's not politically correct to say that but i'll say it the richest
11:56in the world that the world has ever seen
11:59and yet when you get to know them i know every one of them
12:01uh
12:03in their own way and and i can say in particular some because that's the way life works but
12:07some of the greatest people you'll ever meet and people that really care for their countries and
12:12why uh this happened is they all came together and they wanted to get gaza straightened out they
12:17wanted to get the whole thing straightened out it got to a point where it was
12:22just crazy
12:23and uh once they got together and once we started talking
12:28it went really to me it went smoothly it went so smoothly it was such a big help but it went so
12:33smoothly that nobody could even believe it that we're sitting here and and getting this uh

13:00for years long before i ran for office that this is the the middle east it's uh the biggest most
13:06complicated deal and also it's the uh place that could lead to tremendous problems like world war
13:13three they always talk about world war three would start in the middle east and uh that's not gonna
13:19happen we don't want it to start anywhere actually but it's not gonna happen so i just want to thank
