00:00Well, thank you very much, and that was a great honor. I appreciate it very much, Mr. President,
00:16Mr. General, Mr. President, great general, great president. Thank you very much.
00:22This is the day that people across the region and around the world have been working, striving,
00:28hoping, and praying for. They have done things over the last month that I think were really
00:35unthinkable. Nobody thought this could happen. With the historic agreement we've just signed,
00:42those prayers of millions have finally been answered. As you know, the hostages have been
00:48returned, and further work goes on having to do with the, sadly to say, bodies. Together,
00:56we've achieved what everybody said was impossible. At long last, we have peace in the Middle East,
01:02and it's a very simple expression, peace in the Middle East, and we've heard it for many years,
01:07but nobody thought it could ever get there, and now we're there. I want to congratulate everybody
01:12sitting in these first few rows and standing behind me. I don't know why they chose to stand,
01:17but I promise I'll make it short, okay? We are not going to keep you standing for long. These are
01:23great leaders. After years of suffering and bloodshed, the war in Gaza is over. Humanitarian
01:30aid is now pouring in, including hundreds of truckloads of food and medical equipment and other
01:36supplies, much of it paid for by people in this room. Civilians are returning to their homes. The
01:42hostages are reuniting. I mean, it's beautiful. I'm just watching it backstage. The level of love and
01:49sorrow. I've never seen anything like it. It's amazing when you see they haven't seen their
01:56mother, their father. They haven't seen them in such a long time, and they lived in a tunnel,
02:03very little tunnel, very deep, and the level of love is just incredible. It's a beautiful thing to
02:09see. In one sense, it's so horrible that it could have taken place, but in another sense,
02:13it's so beautiful to see. A new and beautiful day is rising, and now the rebuilding begins. The
02:20rebuilding is maybe going to be the easiest part. I think we've done a lot of the hardest
02:25part because the rest comes together. We all know how to rebuild, and we know how to build better
02:29than anybody in the world. I want to express my tremendous gratitude to the Arab and Muslim nations
02:36who helped make this incredible breakthrough possible, and you really did. To President
02:43El-Sisi of Egypt, who is so generously hosting us today, and I want to thank you for the outstanding
02:50job your country is doing in so many different ways, and for helping us so much with this peace
02:56agreement. I also want to thank the president for the escort of six fighter jets. Oh, we looked out
03:03the window. We said, I hope they're friendly, and they turned out to be very friendly, but we had
03:08three on each side, and they are beauties right out of the great really American manufacturing hub. We
03:15make the greatest military equipment in the world. We have the strongest military in the world by far,
03:20and I knew exactly what those planes were, and I knew exactly how much you paid for those planes, too.
03:26You paid a lot, but you got a pretty good deal, and they are great planes, and we just appreciate it.
03:32That was quite an escort in. It was very impressive, but Air Force One was really, it was covered with
03:40Egyptian desert just a few months ago. If you think about it, just a few months ago, it was Egyptian
03:46desert, and now it was just a few feet off our window, and it was a spectacular sight, and I appreciate
03:52it very much, really. It was pretty good. You got our people by surprise. I don't know if they were
03:57thrilled right at the beginning, but they were thrilled as we sailed along very calmly and safely,
04:04and I'm deeply honored to receive from you, Egypt's highest state honor, the Order of the Nile.
04:10The Nile is so beautiful, so magnificent. It's such a beautiful title, the Order of the Nile. Thank you
04:17very much, Mr. President. I appreciate it. Great honor. I also want to give a very special thanks to
04:26the Amir of Qatar, a man who's outstanding. He's been a friend of mine for a long time,
04:31long before politics, long before politics, and he's a fantastically respected man.
04:36His Highness Sheikh Tamim is respected by everybody. He's respected by everybody in the most positive
04:46way, not only because of power, because of his heart. He's got a tremendous heart,
04:52and he's a great leader, and his country loves him. Thank you very much for being here. It's an honor.
04:56Let me also express our condolences to the Qataris on the tragic car crash that claimed the lives of
05:07your cherished diplomats, some of whom were known by our people, and they were supposed to be
05:12incredible people. So please extend our sorrow and best wishes. That was tough. That was really tough.
05:19On this extraordinary occasion, I also want to give our sincere thanks to President Erdogan of Turkey.
05:28He's always there when I need him. He's such a tough guy. He is tough as you can be, but we love him,
05:34and when they have a problem with you, they always call me to handle it, and usually I come through.
05:39We just have a good relationship, but we have from the beginning, and so I want to thank you very much
05:44and say hello to your wife, your beautiful wife, and it's great to be with you. Always there. When I
05:50need him, he's always there. Thank you very much, Mr. President. And I also want to thank, I just spoke
05:58to him on the phone, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed, Saudi Arabia, special friend of mine.
06:05Boy, he's come so long and so far, and he's doing a fantastic job for his country,
06:10and I want to just thank him. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed of the United Arab Emirates is here.
06:20Where? He's here someplace. Well, oh, he's not here, but he's here in spirit, I can tell you that,
06:29and he's been another one. He's been absolutely incredible, and we appreciate it very much,
06:35and His Majesty King Abdullah of Jordan, and thank you very much, King Abdul of Jordan.
06:43He's here. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you very much, and you really have been a great helper. We
06:52appreciate it. Appreciate it. Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan, and also I have to say my favorite field
07:00marshal from Pakistan, who's not here, but the prime minister is here, and you're going to give his
07:06regards. Where are you? There you go. Thank you very much. Do you want to say what you said to me the other day?
07:13Come. Would you like to say what you said the other day? I think it was so nice. Please.
07:19Thank you very much, my dear President Trump, my dear brother, President Fadil Sisi of Egypt,
07:34Majesties, Highnesses, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, Assalamualaikum, and a very good evening.
07:46Well, I would say today is one of the greatest days in contemporary history, because peace has been achieved after
08:03our untiring efforts, efforts led by President Trump, who is genuinely a man of peace, who has
08:18relentlessly and untiringly worked throughout these months, day in and day out, to make this world
08:29a place to live with peace and prosperity. I would say that Pakistan had nominated President Donald Trump
08:45for Nobel Peace Prize, for his outstanding, extraordinary contributions to first stop war between India and Pakistan,
09:01and then achieve ceasefire, along with his very wonderful team.
09:07And today, again, I would like to nominate this great President for Nobel Peace Prize,
09:21because I genuinely feel that he is the most genuine and most wonderful candidate for Peace Prize,
09:35because he has brought not only peace in South Asia, saved millions of people, their lives.
09:45And today, here in Sharmul Sheikh, achieving peace in Gaza is saving millions of lives in the Middle East.
09:57Mr. President, Mr. President, Mr. President, I would like to salute you for your exemplary leadership,
10:07visionary leadership. And I think that you are the man this world needed most at this point in time.
10:15The world would always remember you as a man who did everything went out of the way to stop seven and today eight wars.
10:28I would like to thank my very dear brother, Sheikh Tamim, he's an akhil shakik, who has really worked very hard along with others
10:43to achieve peace in this region. My very dear brother, President Tayyip Erdogan, His Majesty, King Abdullah,
10:53and, of course, my very dear brother, Mohammed bin Zayed of UAE, and, of course, my very dear brother, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.
11:05And he has also been very, very helpful and contributed very valuably in this wonderful peace process.
11:16Ladies and gentlemen, I wouldn't want to take more of your time.
11:19Suffice it to say, had it not been for this gentleman, not only, who knows, India and Pakistan are both nuclear powers.
11:32Had he not intervened along with his wonderful team, during those four days, the war could have escalated to a level.
11:41Who would have lived to tell, who would have lived to tell, what happened?
11:45And similarly, here in this part of the world, in the Middle East, Mr. President, your valuable contribution, along with President Sisi,
11:57I think history will remember in golden words.
12:00I wouldn't say more, except God bless you, God give you long life, to serve like this for all time to come.
12:11Thank you very much.
12:12So beautiful. Thank you very much.
12:15Wow.
12:16Thank you very much.
12:17Very kind.
12:20Wow, I didn't expect that.
12:22Let's go home. There's nothing more I have to say.
12:25Goodbye, everybody.
12:26That was really beautiful and beautifully delivered.
12:29Wow.
12:30Thank you very much.
12:32Also with us is President Prabowo, a very incredible man of Indonesia.
12:39President.
12:41Come here.
12:47Great job.
12:50President Abbas of the Palestinian Authority.
12:54See, we have them all.
12:55We have them all.
12:57Good.
12:58Great.
12:59It's good to have you.
13:02And so many others.
13:04I really, I have a list here.
13:06This first three rows and what's standing behind me.
13:09I don't know why they chose to stand, but it's there.
13:12They're going to be very famous tomorrow.
13:14We have the Arab League is represented by His Excellency.
13:20And thank you very much for being here.
13:24Thank you very much.
13:25We have Armenia.
13:28Oh, and Azerbaijan.
13:31That's a little war that we stopped.
13:33That's a little war.
13:34There they are.
13:35Look at them.
13:36They're sitting.
13:36When I met with them, it was in the Oval Office.
13:39They fought for like 31 years or some crazy number.
13:44And they had one sitting on that side of the Oval Office, one sitting.
13:47By the time we finished, in one hour, they were both hugging each other.
13:50And now they're friends and they're getting along.
13:52Look at it.
13:53So I want to thank you both.
13:55That's incredible.
13:56Really incredible.
14:00So you have Armenia and you have Bahrain.
14:03You have Canada.
14:05It's so great to have, in fact, the president called and he wanted to know if it's worthwhile.
14:13He knew exactly what it was.
14:14He knew the importance.
14:16Where is Canada, by the way?
14:18Where are you?
14:19Where are you?
14:20Well, he knew the importance of this.
14:23He said, I want to be there.
14:24So many people have done that, they called.
14:26I mean, they heard about it.
14:28And these are not people that can do that very easily.
14:30They have pretty big schedules, to put it in mind.
14:32They're the most powerful people.
14:34And I appreciate you being here very much, Mr. President.
14:37Fantastic.
14:38Fantastic.
14:40And Cyprus, Egypt, the European Union.
14:45It's a lot of countries.
14:47France.
14:48Thank you very much, Emmanuel.
14:50I would imagine Emmanuel standing someplace behind me.
14:53Where is he?
14:54I can't believe it.
14:56You're taking a low-key approach today.
15:00He's my friend.
15:02That's great.
15:03Good job.
15:04Thank you very much, Emmanuel.
15:06Germany.
15:07The new chancellor of Germany, he's easy to spot because he's very tall.
15:13And he's very smart and he's doing a fantastic job for his country.
15:18Appreciate it very much.
15:19And congratulations.
15:20A big election.
15:20That was a big one that was going to change things.
15:24Greece.
15:25We have Greece.
15:26We have Hungary.
15:27Oh, Victor.
15:29Where is Victor?
15:30Victor, Victor.
15:31We love Victor.
15:33Victor, I call him.
15:34You know, I put the little accent on it.
15:37You are fantastic.
15:38I know a lot of people don't agree with me, but I'm the only one that matters.
15:42You are fantastic.
15:44He's a great leader.
15:46I endorsed him the last election he had and he won by 28 points.
15:50So you're going to do even better this time.
15:53You have another election and you're going to do great.
15:57And we appreciate it.
15:58And we're behind you 100 percent.
15:59That's Hungary.
16:00India is a great country with a very good friend of mine at the top.
16:05And he's just done a fantastic job.
16:10And I think that Pakistan and India are going to live very nicely together.
16:17Right?
16:19You see, that's not a very good.
16:22They are.
16:23They are.
16:25And they're two great, I tell you, leaders, great leaders as far as I'm concerned.
16:30Indonesia, we covered.
16:32And I just want to say that it's a big country, a powerful country.
16:37It does unbelievably well.
16:39And it's great to have you.
16:40Iraq.
16:41We have Iraq with lots of oil.
16:43They have so much oil they don't know what to do with it.
16:46That's a big problem when you have so much you have no idea what to do.
16:49So thank you very much for, thank you very much.
16:54Italy, we have a woman, a young woman who's, I'm not allowed to say it because usually it's
17:00the end of your political career if you say it.
17:02She's a beautiful young woman.
17:03Now, if you use the word beautiful in the United States about a woman, that's the end of
17:08your political career.
17:09But I'll take my chances.
17:11Where is she?
17:12There she is.
17:13You don't mind being called beautiful, right?
17:15Because you are.
17:16Thank you very much for coming.
17:17We appreciate it.
17:19She wanted to be here and she's incredible.
17:21And they really respect her in Italy.
17:23She's, she's a very successful, very successful politician.
17:29We have Norway.
17:31Oh, Norway.
17:32Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:33Norway.
17:34What happened, Norway?
17:35What happened?
17:38Where's Norway?
17:39Where is he?
17:41We have Johnny.
17:42We're going to the World Cup.
17:43I can tell you that.
17:44Where's Norway?
17:45I don't think he wants to stand.
17:48Oh, he's back there.
17:49There we have Norway.
17:51Oman.
17:53Again, we have Paraguay.
17:56We have a really fantastic representative from Saudi Arabia.
18:02Thank you very much.
18:04I'll tell you what.
18:05And this time we'll get you the best seat.
18:07He always gets the best seat.
18:08He deserves the best seat.
18:10But what a great place it is.
18:12Spain.
18:14Where's Spain?
18:17Are you guys working on him with respect to the GDP?
18:19We'll get close.
18:22We'll get close.
18:23But fantastic job you're doing.
18:26And UAE, which is great.
18:31United Kingdom.
18:32Where's United Kingdom?
18:34Where's our friend?
18:34Come here.
18:38Is everything going good?
18:39Very good.
18:40That's very nice of you here.
18:41These people all came on, like, 20-minute notice.
18:47And I think it's fantastic.
18:48And we have so many others, and just so many others.
18:51And it's such a compliment to what we're doing, because what we've done is something very unique
18:56and very special.
18:57So it's perhaps the wealthiest and most powerful group of nations ever assembled at one time,
19:05which is a big thing.
19:06We have achieved together in recent days a change that really is historic, and it's going to be remembered forever.
19:14And I want to thank the American team for their amazing work.
19:18And I want to thank, I think he'll go down as the greatest Secretary of State in the history of our country.
19:23I really believe that, Marco, or I wouldn't say it.
19:25Marco Rubio, I wouldn't say it.
19:27Eh, maybe I would.
19:30You're doing a great job.
19:31I'll tell you, he's on course to do it.
19:34We've done a lot of work in nine months.
19:37We've done a lot of work.
19:38I say that, you know, one year ago, a little more, but one year ago, America, the United States of America was in, I say it was a dead country.
19:50The king told me, and I used that, he said, sir, one year ago it was a dead country.
19:56Today you have the hottest country anywhere in the world, and it is.
19:59It's the hottest country.
20:00So many investors are here.
20:01We have over $17 trillion being invested in the United States, which is a record that nobody has ever beaten.
20:09I don't think anybody will.
20:10And we still have four months to go before it's a year.
20:14So in eight months, we have over $17 trillion.
20:18We're actually very close to $18 trillion.
20:20There's never been, as an example, the previous administration had less than $1 trillion over four years.
20:26We have, we're close to 18, we're close to breaking $18 trillion in eight months.
20:32That's pretty amazing.
20:33No country's ever done that.
20:35I want to also thank Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff and my son-in-law and a great guy, Jared Kushner.
20:42And I even have my daughter here, Ivanka.
20:45Ivanka, please stand up.
20:46Ivanka's here.
20:47Wow.
20:52Thank you, Ivanka.
20:53We have a great team, and we have, as you know, General Raisin Cain.
20:57We have John Radcliffe.
20:59We have Tom Barrack.
21:00We have really a lot of good talent.
21:03We have Pete Hegseth, who's now Department of War, as opposed to Department of Defense.
21:09We made a little change.
21:11Somehow I like the name better.
21:12So do you.
21:13So do a lot of people.
21:14But the momentous breakthrough that we're here to celebrate tonight is more than the end of the war in Gaza.
21:20It's with God's help it'll be the new beginning for an entire, beautiful Middle East.
21:27From this moment forward, we can build a region that's strong and stable and prosperous and united in rejecting the path of terror once and for all.
21:36We want to get rid of the terror and get on to other things.
21:40There are many other things in life that are so good.
21:43The final sprint to this deal began less than three weeks ago on the sidelines of the United Nations in New York.
21:49I met with many of the people in this room, and it all just started coming together.
21:54I've known so many of you for so long.
21:56You're friends of mine.
21:57You're great people.
21:58I have a couple I don't like in particular, but I won't tell you who.
22:02I have actually a few of them I don't like at all.
22:05But you'll never find out who they are.
22:08Maybe you will, come to think of it.
22:10But I have most of you who I like a lot, and I respect a lot.
22:15Maybe that's more important.
22:16We listened, and we exchanged ideas, and we kept pushing forward until the job was done.
22:21And the first steps to peace are always the hardest.
22:24And today we've taken them, and we've put them all together, and we've come up with this beautiful mix like nobody thought was possible.
22:32And as you know, I've just come from Israel.
22:34It was an amazing day to watch the hostages come in and to watch all of the other things and do all of the other things that we did.
22:43And like all of us here this evening, the Israeli people are overjoyed that the war has ended.
22:49Many of you have had dancing in the streets.
22:50They had dancing in the streets, and they've been dancing for weeks now once they heard about this, and they heard that it was even a possibility.
22:59They're elated at the arrival of the hostages and excited to begin this new chapter for the entire region, and it's going to be that.
23:07And they are going to be great partners, and I hope everybody's going to join the Abraham Accord.
23:13I like to say the Avraham, I love Avraham, but somehow it doesn't sound as good when I say it as it does when some of my other friends say it who are from the region.
23:25But we're going to get a lot of people joining the Abraham Accords.
23:28We have the four great nations that did it early on, and they stayed with it.
23:33And then you had the Biden administration, which is the worst administration in the history of our country, and obviously they did nothing on that and anything else.
23:42And so it stayed at four, and now a lot of people, even today, they're talking about all joining up.
23:47So, so many people have talked to me about that, and it's going to be a great tribute to really the United States.
23:54I mean, the United States has worked very hard in the Middle East, so it would be a tribute to us and to Jared and to Steve and to all of the people, Marco, all of the people that have worked so hard on that.
24:05And it really is going to bring, it's going to guarantee that it all stays together.
24:09You're going to, and you're going to do well because the four nations do very well.
24:14I mean, they do extremely, they're wealthy, but they're a lot wealthier because of it.
24:19So I hope everybody's now joining up.
24:21Now we have no excuses.
24:22We don't have a Gaza, and we don't have an Iran as an excuse.
24:26That was a good excuse, but we don't have that anymore.
24:29All the momentum now is toward a great, glorious, and lasting peace, and our commitment to fulfilling the 20-point plan we developed together will be the crucial foundation for achieving that bright future,
24:42and it's being worked on right now as we speak, and we're actually in stage three and four.
24:47It's not going to be, you know, just divided down so simply.
24:50We can be long advanced on some of the things that we say we're going to do.
24:55We can take them out of order in a positive way, and we've shown how it can be done with responsible nations like the people in this room,
25:03these incredible people in this room, setting aside their differences, seeking common ground, and pursuing a better world for all of us.
25:11And that spirit's my dream that we all get together and enjoy our life, and we're going to put some of you on the Board of Peace.
25:21Everybody wants to be on the Board of Peace.
25:23They said, would you be the chairman?
25:24They say, I'm pretty busy, too.
25:26But whatever we can do to have peace in the Middle East, it's worth it.
25:30But everybody wants to go on the Board of Peace, so we're probably going to enlarge it.
25:33We're going to get it.
25:34And the leaders, the top people, the top leaders, they want to be on the Board of Peace.
25:38A beautiful, a beautiful term.
25:41At first I wasn't sure, and then I realized how beautiful it is.
25:44And for the people of Gaza, the focus now must be on restoring the basics of a good life.
25:51We're going to have a lot of money coming into Gaza and a lot of rebuilding and building.
25:55It's not so much rebuilding, it's really building, cleaning up and building.
25:59And I'm pleased to announce that numerous countries of great wealth and power and dignity have come forward to me just today and over the last week
26:07to say they want to help in the reconstruction of Gaza, putting up whatever money is necessary.
26:14And the money is, of course, it's a lot of money, but it's not much compared to the value or the wealth of these tremendous countries.
26:22And they are ensuring stability and success in the Middle East.
26:26So when you think about it, it's a very, very small amount of money is necessary, relatively speaking.
26:32And as those commitments are made, I'm going to let the world know who is doing it,
26:39because they really deserve great credit for doing it.
26:41And they're going to do something that's really monumental.
26:45This is a monumental day.
26:46This is a monumental moment in the history of the world beyond the Middle East.
26:51We've all agreed that supporting Gaza must be done to lift up the people themselves.
26:57But we don't want to fund anything having to do with the bloodshed, hatred, or terror, as has happened in the past.
27:06And for the same reason, we're also agreed that Gaza's reconstruction requires that it be demilitarized
27:13and that a new honest civilian police force must be allowed to create a safe condition for the people in Gaza.
27:21As I said earlier, I intend to be a partner in securing a better future.
27:26We're going to be working.
27:28You're going to be working with the United States.
27:30And we're going to make sure that the Middle East is going to be a safe and secure place.
27:35It's a very important place in the world.
27:37It means so much.
27:38There were so many people who said the Middle East, and this has been going for many, many decades.
27:43I've read it many times, that World War III will begin in the Middle East.
27:47It's not going to happen.
27:48That's not going to happen.
27:50It was a time that you would have thought it could have, but it's not going to happen.
27:53There won't be World War III, hopefully, at all, but it's not going to start in the Middle East.
27:58We're not going to have a World War III if we're smart.
28:00It'll never be a World War III.
28:02Our work begins right here and right now from ancient times.
28:06This region has been extraordinarily mixed with respect to people, culture, religions, all of the different elements of national characters,
28:18unlike maybe anywhere else on Earth.
28:20And for 3,000 years, there's been conflict for whatever reason.
28:26There's been tremendous conflict, always conflict.
28:29But today, for the first time, anyone can remember, we have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to put the old feuds and bitter hatreds behind us.
28:36And that's why so many people in this room, they didn't get along.
28:42Some did, some didn't.
28:43But they're getting along now.
28:44This has brought the people together.
28:45This is the first time the Middle East crisis has brought people together as opposed to driving them apart
28:51and to declare that our future will not be ruled by the fights of the generations past, which is foolish.
28:58So together, let us continue in the spirit of cooperation and goodwill that has finally brought us to this incredible historic breakthrough.
29:08If we do, together, we will reach the Middle East's incredible destiny,
29:14a safe and prosperous and beautiful crossroads of culture and commerce,
29:18faith in humanity and geographic center.
29:22This will be the geographic center of the world.
29:25So I just want to thank everybody for being here.
29:27I want to thank you all for what you've done and for this quick, quick notice.
29:32It all came together just at one little period.
29:35It just came together.
29:38The greatest deals happen that way.
29:40If you do anything about deals, that's all I've done all my life is deals.
29:44The greatest deals just sort of happen.
29:46And that's what happened right here.
29:48And maybe this is going to be the greatest deal of them all, not just nation building,
29:52not just having to do with this or the political whims.
29:57This will be maybe the greatest deal of them all, period.
30:01And I want to thank all of you and all of these great nations and this region for what it's gone through
30:07and all of the fights it's had or life over death and hope over strife and harmony over hatred.
30:15That's what we want.
30:16We want it to be that way because together we're going to forge a magnificent, great and enduring peace.
30:22I want to just end by saying God bless you all, God bless the Middle East, God bless your countries and God bless you.
30:30Thank you very much, everybody.
30:32Thank you very much.
30:40Thank you very much.
30:42So if we could ask the media to leave and we're going to have a little conversation with all of these great leaders,
30:48we'll take five minutes and we'll just talk for a couple of minutes.
30:52But if we could ask the media to leave, it would be great.
30:55Thank you very much.
31:03I will be in Washington in the 8th of November.
31:33So thank you, everybody.
31:41So to the leaders, I just want to thank you very much for being here.
31:44We'll be meeting again.
31:45We're going to be drawing some names.
31:47If you want to get involved in the board, the Board of Peace, you'll let us know.
31:52And I just want to thank everybody.
31:55This is really a special occasion.
31:57Thank you all very much.
31:58We'll see you soon.
32:00Thank you very much.
32:01Thank you very much.
32:03I'm Prime Minister of Romania.
32:14Thanks to you.
32:15God bless you.
32:16And now...
32:19Mr. President, I'd like to...
32:22Support.
32:23What is that?
