Speaking to Egyptian television late on Oct 20, Hamas chief negotiator Khalil al-Hayya reaffirmed the group's compliance with the truce with Israel in Gaza that took effect on Oct 10.

Al-Hayya said everyone including Palestinian factions would fulfil their obligations in the first phase of the US-brokered 20-point peace plan, including returning more bodies of hostages.
