00:34is entering into a joint venture with a private party so the land is brought by
00:39the private party and government is developing the land and MMRD in fact from
00:47our side is doing it and this will host in fact you know the best business
00:54district and all you know the frontier businesses will be located there GCC's
01:00will be located there and if I shall I'll later I'll share the names with you but
01:07I think all the who's who from the global community investors community are have
01:12shown their interest here they have inked MOU with us so I think that it's a it's
01:18something which will make start of third Mumbai so will it be much bigger than
01:24BKC we are talking about it has to be a little bigger than BKC because at the
01:29first instance it is around 300 acres but we want to expand it to 1,000 acres and
01:37what kind of work with the D&D investors Singapore and Indonesia so I mean there are
01:43different companies but just imagine that you know on the world Prime Minister
01:48has already announced that Mumbai is the fintech capital of India and this entire
01:56fintech ecosystem will be there today we have a wave of GCC now it's not the IT it is
02:05GCC which is a new wave and we would like to capture the entire GCC wave in this
02:11city and these MOUs which we have you know in today are about the GCC's and in
02:20the space of fintech let me tell you signing of MOUs is just a by-product so since it is a investors
02:44place marketplace it's investors place they are all the investors meet and that is why we signed the MOUs so I would say that our main goal is not signing of MOUs our main goal is to establish collaborations so today we have signed many strategic MOUs which are collaboration with international institutions many international universities
03:11universities like MIT the companies who are in med tech we had a round table here with the med tech companies and I think med tech is something which is going to take our healthcare to the next level so I think the collaboration on the knowledge side
