00:00It's an amazing journey. I dream of working for Barca as a coach, but this journey I never expected.
00:13It was amazing, it was unbelievable. Every day I enjoy to train with this team, to also be with my
00:22staff members.
00:25This is really great and I appreciate every day, every single day, because I'm always focused on what we can
00:33do together better.
00:35And my team is great, they help me a lot, they help me a lot.
00:44And I think this is the best you can have as a manager.
00:48All the staff around your assistant coaches, every coach, try to help you that we can manage this fantastic team.
