00:03stepsister on a family cruise revealed his face in public for the first time as
00:08he entered a federal courthouse on May 27th. 16 year old Timothy Hudson kept a
00:13straight face as he sauntered into federal court in Miami with his hands in
00:17his pockets and wearing a gray button-down shirt. Hudson has been out of
00:21jail since he was charged with murdering his 18 year old stepsister Anna Kepner
00:26on a Caribbean carnival cruise trip with family members in November. According to
00:30News Nation a federal judge ruled that Hudson will remain free on supervised
00:34release ahead of trial which is scheduled to begin in September. Hudson has
00:39pleaded not guilty. Kepner affectionately nicknamed Anna Banana and her blended
00:44family set sail on November 2nd from Miami for a six-day carnival cruise which was
00:50supposed to sail through the Caribbean. Before tragedy struck Anna had plans to
00:54join the US Navy after graduation and eventually become a canine police officer.
00:59But on the fourth night of the cruise the fun-loving cheerleader reportedly told
01:02family members at dinner that she was not feeling well and decided to go back to
01:06her room according to the Daily Mail. When she didn't show up for breakfast the
01:10next morning a desperate search was made of the massive ship which can carry
01:14nearly 4,000 passengers. The search came to a disturbing end when a maid on the
01:19ship made a grisly discovery. Kepner was reportedly found dead wrapped in a
01:23blanket covered in life jackets and crammed underneath the bed inside the cabin she
01:27shared with two other teens one of which was her 16 year old stepbrother.
