00:00Savannah Guthrie just posted an emotional message that will break your heart.
00:04Her 84-year-old mother, Nancy, has been missing for over four months,
00:08and the case is taking a dark turn.
00:10On June 7th, Savannah shared a painting of Christ's ascension on Instagram
00:14with a desperate plea, bring her home.
00:17She has accepted that her mother may no longer be alive,
00:20but she refuses to stop searching.
00:22She even says she heard God's voice telling her,
00:25you know where she is, she's with me.
00:28Here's what happened.
00:30On February 1st, Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her Tucson, Arizona home
00:33in the middle of the night.
00:35A masked man was caught on doorbell camera.
00:37Drops of her blood were found on the front porch.
00:40Ransom notes were set to local media, and still no suspects have been identified.
00:45Now the case has turned political.
00:48FBI Director Kosh Patel says his agents were not let in for four days by local police.
00:53He claims the FBI offered help immediately, but was shut out.
00:57The local sheriff fired back, saying the FBI was notified promptly.
01:01Meanwhile, Patel is also facing backlash for celebrating Team USA's Olympic win in Italy,
01:07while Nancy remains missing.
01:09But here's the new development.
01:11A pajama top was found near disturbed land, about 30 minutes north of Nancy's home.
01:16This is critical because Nancy was taken while wearing her pajamas.
01:20The item is now being tested for DNA.
01:23Investigators are also examining thousands of hours of video and digital evidence.
