00:09What should be our strategy about the development of the tourism on one side and how can we sustain the
00:16natural resources which are in and around and which are the basic attraction for the attraction of the tourism, which
00:22tourists across the country.
00:23This is the beginning of, I think, a very good, well-orchestrated strategy to be developed in future in consultation
00:36with everyone, stakeholders of the tourism trade, fraternity and the main officials who are presently manning the destinations across the
00:46U.T. in Jammu as well as in Kashmir division.
00:49Then a proper strategy and a framework will be formulated for the development of the tourism as well as for
00:57protecting of the environment, which is actually the basic source of attraction of the tourism.
01:03Surajay, sir, global warming is a real challenge.
01:06Because there are vulnerable places in some tourism, sports there.
01:10So, for containing, for containing, are there any steps going on or are there going to be a table?
01:15Look, across the world, global warming is actually a phenomenon which is observed across the world.
01:21It's not in Jain't here only.
01:24And we can't say that Jain't here people are responsible for global warming.
01:28So, obviously, we have to play our part as responsible citizens of the world, not only the U.T.
01:58So, that's only to protect the environment and to contribute at the largest part of the world.
02:04At the world level, at the world level, to, you know, avert the global warming and its adverse effects.
02:10Sir, in Kashmir, there is a lot of foreign tourists.
02:19For foreign tourists, it is the destination which attracts the domestic tourists.
02:28Ninety-five percent are from our own country.
02:31It's a big country.
02:33More than 100 crores is the population.
02:34So, we are getting a good number of tourists from our own country.
02:38The foreign tourists, they generally come during winters.
02:41And there was some impact of the, you know, war which was going on in the Middle East.
02:48It showed us some, you know, lower numbers of the foreign tourists.
02:53But now the number is increasing.
02:56I don't have the data about the number of foreigners which has come so far.
03:00But the number is increasing now.
03:02And overall, the tourism sector is showing us a positive trend, upward trend.
03:11So, comment took place, or if we don't have a market here.
03:13But now the number is Sharjah to us.
03:13Slide 24
03:14It all raises just a lot of the restrictions.
