00:06What would you tell her?
00:08Comparison is the thief of joy.
00:10You're going to get there.
00:11Put on that Billy Joel song, slow down, you crazy child.
00:14You're so ambitious for a juvenile.
00:16You have time.
00:18Yeah.
00:18The flip side of ambition is fear that you're never going to get there.
00:23You have all of this ambition and you want to chase it.
00:27Ambition needs to be tempered by appreciation.
00:30You have to be just as ambitious as you are grateful.
00:35And I, early on in my career, I was so focused on getting there that I didn't enjoy where I
00:41was.
00:42And I had to remind myself that past versions, when I start to look at the next thing, what's your
00:49five-year plan?
00:50What do you want to do next?
00:51I couldn't have dreamed of a more blessed, big, beautiful opportunity than what I have.
