00:09This afternoon at approximately 3 35 p.m. the fire department received a report of a vessel on fire about
00:16600 yards off of Alcatraz. We initiated a full marine fire response assisted by the police department marine unit. The
00:27police department marine unit arrived first on the scene.
00:30They found a capsized vessel, a pontoon boat, a three deck pontoon boat with one patient who was severely injured.
00:37They initiated a CPR and an immediate transport to the shore and this patient was declared deceased. We have two
00:45missing at this time. We are still conducting an active search of the area.
