00:00Presenting today at Rome the annual report of Assubirra, a sector that today
00:04holds 112.000 jobs and generates 10 billion dollars of value.
00:10Assubirra has united all the filiers of entrepreneurs and institutions.
00:14It is a health system, but that wants to grow and will grow, to remain competitive,
00:22to give more occupations and to make a system in the field of Italian industry.
00:28So today we have faced a series of topics that go from some of the critical issues
00:34regarding the world of energy costs, but also the economic system,
00:40to a law that is becoming increasingly more stringent,
00:44to a law that will also impose costs to companies for transformation and adeguance of the system,
00:53but also of great opportunities.
00:56We see a consumer interested in our company,
00:59that looks at the world of no alcohol with great interest.
01:03We have seen a increase in almost 85% compared to the last year of this segment.
01:10So consumers who look at the company with great interest,
01:14a company that wants to innovate and to grow,
01:18and they want to do it with all the filiers, with all the ecosystem,
01:22with the world of ORECA, with the world of great distribution,
01:26with the world of agriculture,
01:27to tell a story always new and innovative to their consumers.
01:31The beer is always the synonym of conviviality.
01:34In specific, the beer to the Spina is part integrative of what are the consumption of our society
01:38in the bar, in the restaurants and in the pizzeries.
01:40And we believe that this category of ORECA
01:43can help, together with a policy policy and a policy more adequate,
01:49more appropriate to the development and innovation,
01:52that they can guarantee to the sector to grow in a medium and long term.
01:56There are a lot of ideas.
01:59We need to create a strategic platform
02:03by creating a strategic platform,
02:04by putting together the most important actors in the entire filial industry,
02:10from agriculture to industry,
02:12without trascending the associations of category and also the artisanal industry.
02:18And the goal of the future is to be able to make it a way to take a look at
02:24the consumption,
02:25knowing that from a point of view economic,
02:29the situation is clearly under the eyes of everybody.
02:33But this does not mean absolutely to continue to do a cent in a while,
02:37but to try to accelerate even more on this process of evolution,
02:42putting together, like I said before,
02:44to all the important actors for the consumption and the consumption.
