00:04through a course of political communication, because the province, after 10 years difficult
00:11of their own history, cannot allow the division, and so united we are in an interlocution

00:22from the point of view legislating, to put ourselves in the conditions of work better
00:26and to give answers to the citizens, but also an interlocution with the region
00:29and with the comuns, in particular the comuns-capoluogos, which must recognize the role
00:35of the province and collaborate with us to make sure that in many aspects of the cohesion
00:41of our territory, the province should be involved in their own parts.
00:44I believe that the province are really the corners of an Italy that otherwise
00:48may be disunited. The goal is to report the province in the table
00:55of the institution, in the rapport with the other institutional level,
00:59and to put in these conditions these entities, after 10 years difficiles,
01:03to be able to intervene, to exercise their own delegues, their own functions,
01:08which is something that today is often put on a repentaglio
01:11by the instability of our government. We are forced to continue to recovery
01:16and also by the instability of financial stability from the point of view.
