00:00Hi guys, my name is Sam Irwin-Hill and I was able to play in the NFL for six years
00:07on and off.
00:07Tell us what a punter does.
00:10So essentially a punter is a strategical weapon to gain field advantage.
00:15So what's the hardest part of a punter's job?
00:16The reason why the punters are essentially so important is because sometimes you might only get five punts a game.
00:23So you're really relying on that punt to be clean and pure and the best you can possibly do.
00:27Can you describe the feeling of having a 300-pound ball of muscle running at you full speed?
00:34Yeah, it's happened maybe once or twice.
00:38Does it hurt?
00:40Yeah, it does, yes.

01:10bring into his brute innate ability,
01:12be able to kick an Aussie rules ball.
01:14He's been able to really sort of capture that, bring it into the game and mould that into a coach
01:20that allowed him to sort of not be so rigid and so old school,
01:25but discover his own identity and take that forward into his craft.
01:29You
