00:00Hi, I'm Marcus from Man of Many.
00:01We're here at One Playground in Haymarket today
00:04with the Dom T. Tommaso.
00:06We're here for the Red Bull Zero Excuses Strava Challenge.
00:10So we'll be taking ourselves through an intro to parkour session.
00:13Really just getting ourselves familiar with our body,
00:16how it moves, the coordination involved.
00:18And the challenge is making parkour accessible
00:21because it seems so scary when you see it on the internet.
00:23But really, fundamentally, it's just a bunch of fun.
00:26So what we're going to be focusing on today is jumping and landing.
00:29Piking the jump, landing motorbike.
00:31We need arms all the way up and then getting the nice shape going.
00:35Good.
00:36All right, so this one's a little bit trickier.
00:37This one's called a Kong and this is probably the most traditional parkour vault.
00:41It's just putting our hands on the block.
00:42I'm going to hold it for you so it's nice and stable.
00:44And we're going to try and put our feet where our hands were.
00:48Okay.
00:49Push.
00:50Oh, come on.
00:51He's a natural.
00:52All right, so this here is my parkour 101 designed backflip harness.
00:57It does feel secure.
00:58Yeah, surprisingly, right?
01:01And so part of this Red Bull Zero X Use campaign is challenging yourself.
01:04So we're going to overcome that fear right now.
01:06Push it into a backflip.
01:07Let's do it.
01:08Go.
01:08There we go.
01:09Boom.
01:10Perfect.
01:11Excellent.
01:11Thank you, sir.
01:12Very welcome, man.
01:13Well done.
01:15Yeah, news resolutions.
01:16They're a real thing.
01:17Do them.
01:17Thanks.
01:17Marcus, man of me.
01:19And this is Mr.
01:19OnePhilỡ.
