00:33We're going to go to The Well, which is like an art gallery and a salon and a clothing store.
00:38And then we're going to go get some ice cream, like organic though, because I know you.
00:43And then there's actually like a really cool spot, but I'm not going to tell you what it is.

00:53I've always been such a city girl and I love just being part of a big community and being able
00:59to walk everywhere, explore different businesses.
01:02So moving downtown LA was a no brainer.
01:07This is so cool.
01:12I found The Well walking around the neighborhood one day and it looked so interesting that I had to check
01:17it out.
01:19I love this kind of stuff when it has like iridescent, multicolored, sort of rainbow-y like textures.

01:40How did you get started with the store?
01:42Like what was your initial vision that you wanted to make this?
01:46Because this is freaking awesome.
01:47Initially, The Well was at a different location.
01:51And at that point, it wasn't anything like official.
01:54My business partner, Jefferson, was there and he did hair there and he also used it as a photo studio.

02:08And they also had parties there.

02:12Really fun late night illegal parties.
02:15But they had like some of the best DJs come through.
02:18Like Boys Noise and Burdinsky and some really cool DJs.

02:21So they kind of built a brand around that space.
